Designing improved performance measurement Systems (10) [EN]

Graham Smith, Numerical Advantage Pty. Ltd

May 2, 2010, 1:00pm - 4:00pm - Intermediate - 20 seats

This workshop will discuss the significance of performance measurement and the need to think about a performance measurement system along with the principles behind sound performance measurement systems. Considering strategic ends, taking into account the maturity of the organization, using what is there, working with the politics, what makes a good performance measurement system, and what makes good performance measures (not the same as the above!) will also be covered. Participants will benefit from the experiences gained by the facilitator in Australia, particularly in ensuring effective performance measurement systems that enable, in turn, the visibility along with chance of success in programs and projects.
